As a company, we continuously strive for excellence. We want the experiences and outcomes for the people we support to be of outstandingly high quality. To enable us to reach our goals, we need to be consistent in the ways we make our best even better.
Self-evaluation is a core part of quality assurance and supporting improvement. It helps us understand how we are performing and to see what is working well and what needs to be improved. This information will help us develop our service improvement plan.
Continued feedback is important across the entire organisation in order to remain aligned to goals, create strategies and improve services. It is important to us as it informs our future decision-making and as such, we value all forms of feedback. This may be informal or formal and can be from regular client reviews, stakeholder’s questionnaires and surveys, staff opinions, supervisions and the Care Inspectorate.
